The Perinatal Insitute aims to provide secure, reliable and timely services to its customers. We maintain strict information governance practices and procedures, modelled on the NHS IG Statement of Compliance and Department of Health requirements.
Our Information Security Management System and related processes comply with ISO27001, 31000 and other internationally recognised principles of security and risk management. Further information on our ISMS processes can be obtained upon request.
Principles of consent, candour and transparency are at the core of our approach to product design and management, and we strictly adhere to the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (registration number ZA041241).
All products and software produced by the Perinatal Institute are assessed for qualification as medical devices and are accordingly risk-assessed and managed per the European Council Directives 93/42/EC and 2007/47/EC (view our current MHRA registration). Information regarding EC conformance can be obtained by contacting us and asking for the relevant product's representative.
